Where do you travel to & what is the travel fee?

We are located in Land O'Lakes, Fl. (Pasco County). In general we serve most of Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando, and Pinellas counties.

Based on the location where we will meet, (miles & time), will determine the travel fee. We prefer to keep the travel time under an hour.

Do you have a local office we can come to?

Yes we do have an office in Land O'Lakes, Fl. You will still need to schedule an appointment, as the Notary may have another appointment off site.

The office hours are Monday-Friday 9:15am to 5:00pm. Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm.

There are no walk-in's.

What do you charge?

To determine your cost for notarization, please reach out to us as several factors come into play, including:

1. Travel Fees (for in-person notarizations)

2. Online Service Charges  start at $25 (for remote online notarizations)

3. Total number of Pages in your document package that I print (for Real Estate / Loan Packages)

4. Quantity of Notary Seals required (Florida State allows $10 fee per seal)

5. Number of Signers
